Everyone seems to be on a tight budget these days.  For this reason, I am absolutely addicted to the $1 spot at Target.  Searching through their bins one day, I came across these packs of cards (8 cards and envelopes for $1 – a great deal!).  While the price was right, I still felt like they were a little plain and needed that "personal" touch.  We added a little ribbon and a couple stickers for a more customized, and most importantly, budget-friendly set of stationary!
