 How do I design my own Favor Boxes on Telliegrams.com?
1. Browse through our favor box idea gallery to find a combination you would like to use or get inspired to create your own combination of paper and personalizations.
2. Choose your favor box shape that you would like to purchase.
3. Then choose from one of our many different colors or patterns available to create your favor box. Solid color boxes are included in the base box price. Our Patterned boxes are an additional .20 per box.
4. All of our ribbon is sold separately. If you are interested in purchasing ribbon to accompany your boxes simply check the appropriate box and you will be redirected to the ribbon page.
I don't see the favor box color that I was looking for do you offer additional colors?
If you are interested in matching a specific color for your favor boxes we can help you! We ask that you mail in a sample of your color to us in order to match the color. Please note that these orders are special order and will require extra time and additional charges may apply. Please contact us if you are interested in the favor box color match option.
What are your favor boxes and event invitations made of?
All of our favor boxes and event invitations are made out of high quality cardstock papers. We don't recommend placing unwrapped edible items directly in the boxes or invitations. Favor bags are available for sale for use with unwrapped candies, cookies, etc. Our favor boxes and event invitations are not water resistant please keep them dry
How do the Out-of-the-Box invitations Work?
The Telliegrams Out-of-the-Box invitations are one-of-a-kind! Picture this...your guests receive a beautiful 3-dimensional box inside of a crisp white mailing cylinder in the mail. They open the patterned box to find your invitation, announcement, etc. on the inside. You can also fill the boxes with wrapped candies or confetti. These are definatley guaranteed to get some oooh's and ahhh's.
1. First you choose from one of our designs. All of our designs are interchangable and can be used as shower invitations, save-the-dates, rehearsal dinner invites, whatever your heart desires!
2. Now you choose your box color or pattern. The smaller solid color square located at the bottom right hand corner of each pattern represents the inside color of your invitation. Your design will be printed on this color.
3. All of our ribbon is sold separately. If you are interested in adding ribbon to your boxes you can check the appropriate box and you will be redirected to the ribbon page of the website.
How do I mail my Out-of-the-Box invitations?
Telliegrams Out-of-the-Box invitations are 3-D invitations and can be mailed in our custom white mailing tubes. These mailing tubes are approved by the USPS and don't require any additional envelope or box to mail. You will receive these custom mailing tubes that will perfectly fit your out-of-the-box invitations when you purchase your out-of-the-box invitations. The price of the tubes is included in the price of the out-of-the-box invitations. Please note that additional postage is required for you to mail out these tubes.
Do you ship to addresses outside of the United States?
Telliegrams ships to the US & Canada. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The shipping rates shown for shipping to Canada are the minimum shipping rates. If the shipping rate is higher, we'll email you with an exact shipping rate once we calculate the weight and destination of the package. You'll have the option of proceeding or canceling the order. You may also be required to pay import duties and taxes which are charged once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you directly to Customs. We have no control over these charges. You should contact your local postal or customs office for further information.
Can I order a sample of a Telliegrams Favor Box or Out-of-the-Box Invitation?
We currently offer samples of our Wedding Favors and all of our Out-of-the-Box Invitations. Favor Box Samples are $3 and Out-of-the-Box Invitation Samples are $4 each in the color and personalization combinations we offer on the website.
What is the turn around time on my order?
All brag book, sample favor box and swatch orders will be shipped out within three business days of your order. Favor Tag and small favor box orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of your order. Large favor box orders and large custom orders will be shipped out within 10 business days. (all printed favor boxes and out-of-the-box invitations are considered custom orders)
What type of shipping is available?
Telliegrams offers shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). You can estimate shipping on your purchase by clicking on the estimate shipping button located at the bottom left of the screen on the shopping cart contents page.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders are available for an additional fee based on our inventory. Please contact us with your request if you require rush status on your order.
Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificate to some one via email.
How to Send Gift Certificates
To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to our Send Gift Certificate Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following. The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.) A short message which will appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.
Buying with Gift Certificates
If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Enter the amount to apply from the funds in your Gift Certificate Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Certificate Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Certificate Account for the future.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Redemption Code. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways.
By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Gift Certificate page. You will then be requested to create an account, before the Gift Certificate is validated and placed in your Gift Certificate Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redemption Code. Enter the Redemption Code here, and click the Redeem button. The code will be validated and the amount added to your Gift Certificate Account. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store
