offers shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States
Postal Service (USPS). You can estimate shipping on your purchase by
clicking on the estimate shipping button located at the bottom left of
the screen on the shopping cart contents page.
All brag
book, sample favor box and swatch orders will be shipped out within 1-2
business days of your order. Favor Tag and small favor box orders will
be shipped out within 5 business days of your order. All larger favor
box orders and custom out-of-the-box invitation orders will be shipped
out within 10 business days of your order. If you would like to
contact us about possible turn around time prior to purchasing visit
the contact us page and submit an email. We'll get back to you ASAP!
International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The shipping rates shown are the minimum shipping rates. You may also be required to pay import duties and taxes which are charged once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you directly to Customs. We have no control over these charges. You should contact your local postal or customs office for further information. No returns are accepted on orders where customers have failed or refused to pay duties.

Telliegrams Out-of-the-Box products, Pyramid Favor Boxes with custom
printed messages and favor tags are customized work. If you cancel your
order prior to receiving your initial proof, there is a $30
cancellation charge. If you cancel the order after you have approved
the proof, you will be charged in full and no refunds will be given.
You may cancel your order by submitting an email to
us. Your order will not be considered canceled until you receive an
email from Telliegrams with a cancellation code. Shipping charges are
not refundable.
Telliegrams photo albums and favor box orders
may be returned within 15 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with
your purchase. Albums must be in the original unopened package for
refund or exchange. Favor Boxes mst be returned in their original
condition. Custom printed favor boxes and Out-of-the-box event
invitations can not be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
